With over 25 years’ experience in software, technology, and associated services, Grant leads the Professional Services function at Flui. He is responsible for a team of Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers who deliver implementation and other business and technical services to our clients.

Grant champions a ‘Leader – Leader’ approach within Flui to leadership and management: He looks to devolve control where appropriate while retaining accountability. This philosophy is supported by knowledge sharing, resource management, and clear goal setting, underpinned by strong values and processes.

Grant is a keen gardener, enjoys travelling and dining out, and strives to achieve a level of exercise to mitigate the latter!
